Admission

AVAILIBILITY OF FORM :
• The registration forms are available at the school premises between 9:00am to 4:00pm only.
• Fill it up neatly and carefully with black/blue pen only.
• Please ensure that all the columns are filled.

SUBMISSION OF FORM:
• Submit the Registration form with self-tested all relevant documents (Photocopy Only).

Following documents are required at the time of Admission (nursery class) as per School recommendation:
1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. Residential Proof
3. Father's Adhaar Card
4. Mother's Adhaar Card Copy
5. Medical Certificate including blood group
6. Student Adhaar Card Copy

Following documents are required at the time of Admission (other than nursery class) as per School recommendations:
1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. School Leaving Certificate.
3. Details Of Marks Card (Progress Card )
4. Adhaar Card copy (Student, Father , Mother )
4. Medical Certificate including blood group
5.Migration Certificate (Other than CBSE Board )

• The form, details, photographs and attested documents will be crosschecked.
• An informal meeting with the Principal will be arranged.
• Admission will be confirmed on a given date and the fee structure will be explained.
• The Admission Form, I Card Form etc & other formalities will be completed.
• The confirmation of admission is only on receipt of fees.
